Calendar view

The calendar view is your visual schedule. Every confirmed booking shows up here so you can see your day, week, or month at a glance — without leaving imatic Calendar.

Open it from Calendar in your dashboard.

Switch views

Use the view switcher to look at your schedule the way that suits the moment:

  • Month — the big picture; spot busy days and free stretches across the whole month.
  • Week — a column per day with time down the side; the classic planning view.
  • Day — one day in detail, ideal when you're heads-down.
  • Agenda — a simple chronological list of what's coming up, great on small screens.

Each booking is color-coded by its event type color, so you can tell a "Coaching session" from an "Intro call" instantly.

Find your place quickly

  • Now-line — a live marker shows the current time in week and day views, so "what's next" is obvious.
  • Mini-month — a compact month calendar lets you jump to any date fast, then drop back into your chosen view.

What you'll see here

Confirmed appointments appear automatically as people book them on your public booking page. Click a booking to see its details, or manage it from your Bookings list, where you can reschedule or cancel.

The grid isn't read-only, though:

  • Quick-create — click an empty time on the grid to start a new event right there, with the start time pre-filled.
  • Drag to move — drag one of your own events to a new time or day; it snaps to a clean interval. (Bookings from invitees are protected and can't be dragged.)
  • Resize — drag the bottom edge of your own event to make it longer or shorter.
Coming soon — drag across to create

You can click an empty slot to quick-create, but creating an event by dragging across a range to set its length in one motion isn't available yet. For now, quick-create and then adjust the duration, or add the appointment from Bookings.
