Availability
Your availability is the foundation of every booking. It tells imatic Calendar when you are open to meet, and your booking page only ever offers slots inside those hours. Set it once and every event type respects it.
Open Availability in your dashboard to manage it.
Set your weekly hours
Your weekly schedule defines a normal week — the days and times you take meetings.
- Open Availability.
- For each day of the week, turn it on (available) or off (a day you never take meetings).
- On the days you are available, set one or more time ranges — for example, 9:00–12:00 and 14:00–17:00 to block out lunch.
- Save.
Slots only appear inside these ranges, and only after your event type's buffers, notice, and caps are applied.
Add two ranges on a day to carve out a lunch break or a standing commitment — invitees simply won't see slots in the gap.
Choose your timezone
Pick the schedule timezone your weekly hours are written in. This is your home timezone — the reference point for "9 to 5."
You don't have to worry about your invitees' timezones: your booking page detects each visitor's timezone automatically and shows the times in theirs. You set your hours once, in yours. See timezone auto-detect.
If you move timezones for good, update the schedule timezone so your hours stay correct. For a short trip, a date override (below) is usually the cleaner fix.
Add date overrides
Real weeks aren't always normal weeks. Date overrides change a specific date without touching your weekly pattern.
- Closed — mark a date as off (a holiday, a day out). No slots appear that day.
- Special hours — set different hours for one date (for example, you're only free in the morning on a particular Friday).
To add one:
- In Availability, open Date overrides.
- Pick the date.
- Mark it closed, or set the special hours for that day.
- Save.
Overrides always win over your weekly hours for that date, so you can adjust a single day without redoing your whole schedule.
